The MCC Wolves battled hard but came up short in a 85-69 loss to Labette CC.
Mirena King led the way with an impressive 24 points, knocking down six 3-pointers and adding 5 rebounds. Katrina Wilson also delivered a strong performance, finishing with 10 points, 2 steals, and 9 rebounds as she impacted both ends of the floor.
Despite a competitive effort, Labette's offensive runs proved too much to overcome as MCC continues to build momentum for the season ahead.
