MCC Volleyball Rallies After Slow Start vs Benedictine
The MCC Wolves volleyball team hosted the Benedictine Ravens for a mid-week matchup and delivered a strong performance to secure a 3-1 win.
After a slow start in the opening set, which they dropped 25-23, the Wolves found their rhythm. MCC bounced back with authority, taking the second set 25-14. Their momentum only grew from there, dominating the third set 25-12 and closing out the match with a commanding 25-10 win in the fourth.
Kaylee Kindall led the way with an outstanding performance, posting a .696 hitting percentage, 16 kills, and 9 block assists. Defensively, Addison McVicker was a force, recording 22 digs to keep rallies alive. Offensively, Brinn Wright and Aubrey Rhodes set the pace, each tallying over 20 assists to keep the Wolves' attack firing.
The Wolves return to action on Friday, September 19th for their Pink Game in support of breast cancer awareness.
